01Compatibility
What works with Klipper printers
Gantry 0.14 code. Features depend on the model, firmware and connection.
- Status and temperaturesYesProgress, time remaining and temperatures.
- CameraYesThe camera configured in Moonraker (JPEG/MJPEG). Gantry respects the rotation and mirroring set there.
- FilamentConditionalPer configuration, e.g. Happy Hare MMU or Creality CFS when they expose readings.
- Print controlYesPause, resume and stop via the PAUSE, RESUME and CANCEL_PRINT macros. Object skipping on supported setups.
- File uploadYesG-code files from the Farm to Moonraker. Uploading a file does not start a print.

What you need to connect
- Connection
- Moonraker HTTP API, normally port 7125.
- Printer details
- Host address and port. An API key only if Moonraker requires authentication.
- Camera
- A camera source configured in Moonraker, or a separate JPEG/MJPEG address in printer tools.
03Setup
How to add the printer in Gantry
- Check that your computer can reach the printer on the local network (the same address you use for Mainsail or Fluidd).
- In Gantry choose “Add printer…” and the Klipper / Moonraker type.
- Enter the host address and port (normally 7125). If Moonraker requires authentication, add the API key.
- Save and open the details to check temperatures and the camera.

Good to know
- Pause and resume only work when the matching macros exist in your Klipper configuration.
- A web page with a video player is not a camera stream URL. Gantry needs a direct JPEG or MJPEG address.
- Don’t expose Moonraker to the internet. For access away from home, use a VPN.
